Endless notification alerts, constant updates through a continuous exchange of emails, phone calls, tweets, excessive and often unnecessary digital routines, are only part of the elements that can slow an effective productivity.
In recent years, many workers have begun to feel a sense of discomfort in following the usual production rules adopted over the years.
Constant distractions and a careless task management dictated by routine can erode away our time and our focus if we don’t manage them. You need to identify distractions, scale back, clarify your goals and start organizing your tasks with a system you can trust.
For this reason I felt the urge to question how I worked and identify which digital behaviors were destructive for my creative process.
